At World Group, we take all feedback seriously. We also think it's important that YOU get to see what others thought about us.
We rarely get expletives in our feedback forms, but if we do, we'll replace them with a more suitable word, but other than that, we won't be hiding anything from you. If we have directly responded to a customer, we will include that too.
What do we do with your feedback?
- Internal reviews and audits help us improve our efficiency levels.
- Improved quality practices implemented - producing better products.
- Fine tuning of working procedures to ensure customer service is as effective as possible.
- The best people to tell a potential new customer how good, bad or indifferently we performed, are existing customers! We adapt, learn and change our approach as a direct result of feedback from customers. Please see 'The Gallery' below for a few examples.
- We like to ensure that staff are recognised when a positive feedback is received. Our 10 for 10's is a scheme we run, for every 10/10 we receive, we put £1 in a staff reward pot. If we get a full house, we double it to £10. This is then split between the staff as and how they wish.
We take a great deal of care in ensuring feedback is actioned to improve the customer experience. You as a customer can directly benefit from feedback given to us, likewise, you can positively impact other customer experiences through providing us with you honest feedback
